It is however the lush shimmer of ‘Aether’ A2 that really captures the heart and soul. A tour de force in emotive Electronics that arise from the depths of Atlantis to sweep you into a whole other moment of existential bliss. Over on the reverse, the menacing rumble of ‘Affinity’ takes hold on B1 as Finlow exercises a certain prowess balancing airy textures with the visceral, creeping to the finish line with nothing but gold on his mind. Lastly, the 80s spectrum tinged tones of ‘Septagon’ B2 lead us on to another level as you’re lured in by downright gnarly bottom end, as glassy arps and atmospheric touches complete his vision.
