Every order placed, paid and confirmed per e-mail constitutes a sales agreement between the purchaser and Subwax Distribution.
PRICES & ADDITIONAL COSTS
Our prices include the VAT amount (value added tax) specific to each EU country.
The prices for countries outside of the European Union are VAT free.
Items for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for these fees and none of these fees can be passed onto Subwax.
All charges have to be paid before orders will be shipped out.
We accept payments via the Paypal platform. It’s possible to pay either with a Paypal account, or in case there is no account available, any card of your choice can be added as a direct payment method.
We understand that buyers would like to maximize their orders and subsequent shipping fees. To do so, please select the ‘Local Pick Up’ option and let us know in the comment section – we will gather and keep your order until further notice.
STOCK & AVAILABILITY
All products are sold in the amounts that we have in stock. Should there be a stock discrepancy or other problem on our part, we will contact you as soon as possible to try and resolve the problem.
DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
Once payment is received we will do our best to process your order as fast as possible.
All items from the order will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser, but a pick-up at our warehouse is also possible, on Mondays and Thursdays from 15h til 18h, by selecting ‘Local Pick Up’ at check out.
We ship exclusively via UPS. Your shipping will be quoted at check out depending on the weight and destination. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details and tracking information.
All our items are packed with care and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes so they can withstand the abuse of shipment. Subwax Distribution can not be held accountable for shipping to a wrongly provided address, nor responsible for any damage made by the delivery company. If the package can’t be delivered due to the customer’s fault and is returned to us, we’ll have to re-charge the shipping fee in order to re-send the order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Once the goods have been purchased, shipped and received by the customer, we do not accept any returns.
In case there are manufacturing defects, please get in touch and we will find a suitable solution for replacements or refunds.
